Remove Fattening Foods
from Your Kitchen

Everyone has at least one delicious delicacy that sends their taste buds soaring and their diets crashing. These calorie-laden loves could be double fudge ice cream, a big juicy steak, brownies drowning in gooey goodness or even a six pack of a favorite brew. Your dietary vice, whatever frosting filled form it might take, is the thing you reach for when you’re hungry, cranky, starving or upset. It is also the food (or foods) most likely to sabotage your diet.

When you are ready to turn around your nutrition and lose belly fat for good, start out right by completely cleansing your kitchen of the unhealthy foods for which you have the highest weakness. Ban them permanently from your home. This “burn and raze” measure might seem extreme, but our favorite bad foods are the hardest to enjoy in moderation and the first solace when will power wavers.

By kicking these calories to the curb, you are preventing yourself from gobbling up that entire pint of double fudge ice cream when the going gets tough. If the kids complain, buy them some other treats that won’t tempt you as strongly.

You can’t always control what nutritional options will come your way in the outside world, but at least you can stock your own cabinets, fridge and freezer with healthy foods that you enjoy. Without your dietary kryptonite calling from the fridge, you’ll have no choice but to eat healthy and watch that belly fat disappear.
